Mate leaned his Fender resonator against a table and the subsequent slip, topple and bash snapped the headstock like a Gibson.
Do you think hot hide glue alone would suffice?

HHG will do the job but you're going to have to open that crack up a tad to get hhg down all the way, probably mix it a little thinner and warm the site a little to aid the penetration a bit and extend the open time.

Yes HHG will do the job fine. If you are not set up for it send him my way, I have done a few.
Re: Will HHG fix this?
Its a very clean looking crack, you can use hide glue of an aliphatic glue, both will work just fine, but you do need to open it right up, if you get it wrong, it makes it so much harder for the next repairer
