Gold frets

Post by Taffy Evans » Mon Oct 21, 2013 9:03 am

Hi all, I am just using my recent group purchase of gold frets in this acoustic ebony fret board [first one off the roll] Fits my fret saw slot perfectly, no bow in the fingerboard, gonna last me a long time tho at the rate I build unless I get asked for gold in customers re-frets. :cl

Taffy: Looking good...! I really like the EVO so much better then regular wire. I find it works nicer, wears longer and I like the look. Use the longer wearing factor as a selling point to your refret customers.

Hi Taffy,
The gold frets look good, Thanks to Paul.

I'm also doing a couple of fret boards.

I like the roll idea, saves having to put it through the bender.

Cheers
