My Friday
My Friday
Today I headed down the south coast to Port Elliott to pick up some wood from Ashley Sanders. Had a great day....spent an hour in Ashley's workshop discussing his current builds and other matters and then it was up to the shops to grab some fish and chips and we then ate same down by the bay while discussing the merits of different glues.
Not a bad day at all..... thanks Ash for your hospitality and for sharing some of your expertise with this rank amateur.

Funnily enough Ashley was talking about fish glue.Nick wrote:Was that a discussion on which glue best held the batter to the fish?kiwigeo wrote:then it was up to the shops to grab some fish and chips and we then ate same down by the bay while discussing the merits of different glues. My pick would be fish glue in that circumstance.

I once tacked a slab of tuna that was past the sushi eating stage to the under side of my brothers work bench top.

Hmmm, well, I've surreptitiously placed prawns inside hubcaps before, butthat requires no adhesives.....
I'll keep it in mind for future revenge-related issues
