The 'J-uke' project

After a few round of ukes playing i'm stuck! so here I'm starting out a new adventure with my 'J-uke' project.
Lots of smaller sets I found suitable for this little guitar family. enjoy! :gui
I still think the moulds are prettier.

Nice JJ. But I'd disagree. There a several backs in there that I would say are nicer than the moulds.

Have to agree Lillian. Those Malaysian Blackwood backs are gorgeous.

Those Moneypods are going to seriously sweet as well once they get some finish on them.

got some space while waiting for my other guitars to dry.....
Those nice shells just came in from Andy DePaule's suppy, juggle abit to fit into the tiny fretboard.

Those can't go by without a comment - simply fantastic.

The symmetry in the figure is the necks is perfect and these are going to be real eye catchers. I look forward to seeing the finished product.

I am also looking forward to seeing your exhibits in Montreal - the tasters you have given us are very tempting.

I'm glad you did dig it out of the dust! Man that is one craaaazy top Jeff! Is it a bit of your favourite Monkey Pod? It really popped with finish on it didn't it!
I've stated it several times on the forum that I'm not one for too much bling going on on guitars but the fingerboard inlays and Paua/Abalone shell purfling just seem to suit this little fella to the point of me liking it! Very nice work as usual Mr Yong :D :cl :cl :cl :cl
