They offer self publishing deals.....editing of the text is only included in the deluxe option.

I suspect the author chose the special "banja and uke authors" option :mrgreen:

In essence I gather Traffords is just a production and printing operation. The 'author' does the writing, pays for the formatting and printing, and does his/her own marketing. Traffords secure the ISBNs.

Richard you are correct, Trafford is print on demand. What is know as a vanity press.

So Martyn, you are probably are right about it not being edited and or proofread.
