Changing Usernames

Post by Bob Connor » Tue Jan 11, 2011 9:18 pm

I had a request from a member (Toejam) to change his username. (which I duly did)

I thought that there may be others that would like to be able to change their handle on the forum so I've open the permissions up so that you can change your username if you would like.

Go into "User Control Panel"/"Profile"/ "Edit account settings" and you can change it in there.

I'll leave it open for a week or so if anyone wants to avail themselves.

Regards
Bob, Geelong

Bob, could I shorten and change mine to Stu, please?

After all it is my real name.
Cheers, Stu

Damn I wanted that one too.

And what about Toejam? What is he now? Toejam was such a nice name.

If you change your name, please put "formerly known as "xxx" in your sig for a while!

You can also change time zones including the daylight savings settings in your profile.

:D Matthew I liked Toejam as well but as it is the label I use on my electric guitars and I have grow fairly disinterested in making electrics for now (I do have a Tele planned for personal use though), I decided to use the label I will be putting on acoustics but will keep my boofheaded avatar for a while so you won't mistake me for someone else.

Hey Matthew, I just translated your signature line and since you can't have Toejam I've got a couple of suggestions.

"Polisher" maybe,
or
"Une Crotte"

Hmmm, maybe not

Maybe you can but it's still a ball of excrement no matter what you do with it

No need to reconstruct, just wait for it to cure, a quick sand ( :| ) a coat or two of shellac and buff out to a mirror finish. :)

Cheers

Ewww Kim, alternatively go with a case of Amoebic dysentery that way you would be able to build up many thin coats first perhaps levelling in between coats.
