Nice video clips of your property, boards, sheds & drying setup, Micheal. Great promo also for your ukes (note the Camphor Laurel builds :D)

Loved it!

That was nicely directed/edited and gave a cool sense of a visit to Michael Cooper's.

Well done!

Excellent video. Even managed to make Micheal look good.....Oh and in case any of you were wondering about the tonewood bunker, he managed to keep the film crew well away from it.

And now Karen really want's one of those hollow logs that Possum and Waddy sleep in to add to her garden.

Great stuff Micheal...."you have grown a bit since you started to learn about woodwork"

She was the star of the show though. "The dance of the ukulele mould" :cl :cl :cl

Michael, that looks like a beautiful property and an exceedingly groovy workshop.
The bandsaw is especially monstrous and makes mine look like a fretsaw. I guess in some things, size does matter.

If I am ever in Corndale, I will certainly give you a call!!

That's really cool. That place is truly beautiful. it must have taken many years of work

Well produced with slick editing, so slick in fact they seem to have edited out all bar one of Mike's hilarious quips. :)

I really like the lanolin surfboards although if Micheal wants to really crack the NZ market he should look at doing a full lambs wool surfboard. Although then the Kiwis might not have much of a reason to stand up then.

How absolutely cool! A great virtual tour of your shop and the tonewood vault. It was almost like being there.

Thanks for posting John.

That was just the kiln Lillian. The vault is that great big addition to the main shed. And yes, it's full to the rafters, but don't forget the guard python.

 That's right.

Note to self, talk to Mike about employing big kitties as mousers before visiting.

The young lady is Japanese? She's a gem......shows an amazing level of interest in wood and ukes.

Yes, she's Japanese. She is just the loveliest of people.

Bosko and Honey sat with us at the Cairns Uke Festival world record attempt, and their love of what they do is quite infectious.
