Another excellent video Robbie.
I don't think enough people know about using a stop block to set up their honing guides to make sure that the next time they go to sharpen, they are using the exact same settings, making the process go so much quicker.

Not understanding how important the 'back' of the blade is to true sharpness is probably the single biggest cause of failure when people venture into fine woodworking. This is a very valuable lesson for beginners indeed.
