There's a fine line between defending yourself against statements made by other members (see above) and promoting your company. Yes, I believe that ANZLF was quick to delete Mr. Parehk's response to this statement and I question whether this was in the best interests of the members.

There's also a fine line between "in your face" and offensive. My comments posted earlier today were in reference to the tone and content of Kim's remarks (quoted) that seem to be endorsed by ANZLF administration. The timing of Bob's deletion of Parehk's post was quite coinidental, but doesn't make me feel any better about the way ANZLF chooses to enforce its standards.

Tim,

There is more history with this bloke than your own. If you don't like the way things are done here because they do not reflect what you consider should be done from your own perspective, then all I can say is that no one is forcing you to stay here. As you say, it is the internet so you have plenty of choices. The administration team of the ANZLF has already made theirs regarding Mr Parekh based solely upon what is best for 'this' forum.

That is to say the ANZLF chooses not to endorse this particular vendor because of his past dealings and warns others to proceed at their own risk...that is 'your' choice.

Kim

I am quite comfortable about how I enforce standards around here Tim.

You can either take it or leave it.

Tim,

I've seen the post that got deleted by Bob and I can assure you that it definitely breaches ANZLF rules and guidelines regarding unauthorised advertising.

You're just going to have to accept that Bob, myself the other administrators on this forum take actions such as this in the best interests of the forum and we are not under any obligation to involve members such as yourself in such decisions.
