I have been having a bit of trouble getting the pins for the bridge to fit nice & secure. Any one got some tips, pics would also be helpfull

Ricardo, can you tell us a little more? Are they slotted/unslotted? Are you using a reamer or doing the best you can with drill bits?
Are you committed to the bridge in question if holes are oversized or in a position to make another bridge?
If you are committed to the current bridge and some of the pins are now too small for the hole, one option is to fatten them up with some filler type compound that sets nice and hard. You can even add some stain. I have done that before with slotted pins to fill the slots because I didn't have the proper thing.
