How many cups of coffee does it take....

Post by Taffy Evans » Mon Feb 09, 2009 10:22 pm

In Jims post of his workshop a few weeks ago I commented on three coffee cup in his photo. Well I was taking this progess shot of a new mould and sides [not intending to post it] when I noticed 3 coffee cups in the background. This made me think, how many coffee's does it take to build a guitar, or how many beers/wine if thats your style?.

I try not to leave anything lying around, as I have a bad habit of loosing things that I put down only moments before. But it does take a few beer. Ukes are better. Far less expensive to build owing to shorter build time and therefore lower consumption.

It is tea in our workshop. I often build with my son, so not so much beer consumption. But he brings big mugs of tea up to the shed with two or three teabags floating in them, and he never takes them away. We know it is time to clean up the workshop when you can't find a single cup in the kitchen. By then the dirty cups in the workshop are growing some mean fungus.
