That looks really good Dave. I love the 00 shape.

It looks great dave. the combination of the sides with those bindings is excelent. I am very impressed with the truss rod cover. You have put in quite a bit of effort to blend that cover, have you considered Neodymium magnets instead of a screw to hold it in place?

All class there Dave. The Blackwood is shimmering! There is something about small bodies guitars that say pick me up and play me. Beautiful work mate!

I was admiring that truss rod cover as well. You did well to blend that in. And the rest of the work is up to your usual fine standards Dave. Thanks for posting.

Very stylish, Dave. The headstock is beautiful from every side - veneers, binding, volute all combine really well.

Hi Dave,

Did you use a plan for this guitar? I'm interested in building a 00, 12 fret and slotted headstock. I've had a look around the guitar builder forums but can't find a plan thats suitable. There are a few 14 fret plans around but nothing for 12 fret.

Thanks again for sharing your build.

Cheers

Alan

Thanks again guys!
Alan-Sorry, I didn't see your question until now. I drew up my plan on this guitar. I really don't know
of any 00 plans out there. I think I would like to do a slotted headstock on my next 00 too.

Sweet, sweet looking little guitar Dave, just love those bindings. I am glad I stocked up on a few sets of some with similar figure offered by Rich Fry at one of the OLF swapmeets.

Cheers
