Truss rod tightened to the max but neck still not straight

Johnny how many turns are you putting into that truss rod nut when you make adjustments? How easily is it turning?

Correct.
The truss rod will not turn anymore.Has reached the limit.

You could try what was suggested earlier in the thread
Extra washer
Pull off the nut and lubricate the threads

However there is a chance that by cranking hard at the end of available travel, you have stripped the thread on the nut or the rod, or otherwise damaged the rod.
