Hi Robert,

Im back...well part of me is back. Had a trip to the dentist yesterday so not in much of a mood for bending ribs today.

Re your ribs.....take note of Andrews instructions not to cut out all the ribs at the same time. Cut out each rib immediately prior to fitting and make sure youve got at least 3 spare ribs. Cut close to the line on the side of the rib that is going to be fitting against previously installed rib. On the other side of the new rib allow at least 6mm (I used 9mm) and leave a fair bit of extra length to allow for shortening of the rib as you trim the sides. Err on the side of too much extra for first few ribs and as you get into the swing of it you can trim a bit closer to the line
