Hi Allen
When I ride I like the kind of chaps I can ride with and then stand around getting drunk with.

Chaps would be very dangerous if you were drunk. Youd stand a very good chance of tripping on your chaps and falling into the urinal when you went for a pee.

Just out of curiosity, Allen.
Considering cowboys of the ole' wild west wore chaps too,
I'm wondering whether you also end up getting that bow-leg, wide-gaited walk when you hop off the scooter, maybe not too dissimilar to a cowboy after dismounting from his mighty steed ?

When I end up going touring, and ride about 800 km a day for a week or 2, the bow legged look is one I'm sporting for some time.

Hey Allen..next time youre in the US Ill give you $100 to walk into one of the gay pubs on Hollywood Boulevard :D

Walked into one of those places with a couple of ozzie mates and couldnt work out why every one was eirther topless or wearing chesty bond singlets. Should have twigged by noting the sign on the shopp next door..."Gay Supplies Parking At Rear".

Doesn't worry me Martin. One of my mates that I ride with down in NSW is as camp as they come. In fact, he makes the camp guys a little uncomfortable.

And while it's true, it's sometimes a bit disconcerting, that he likes me dressed in my chaps, at least it good to get an experts opinion of what look works, and what doesn't.

Come On Bob, where's the bloody wood. These guys are getting bored and looking to take it out on someone.

Oh yeh right Martin, we've all heard that old, 'walked into the gay bar by mistake' excuse before. All 3 of you? There is not one of us here who believes that.

But I'm with Allen, you can't ask for better fashion advice.

...Bloody hell, we are getting bored.

In case you haven't noticed the new thread, Bob has had some trouble with his supplier, so please read this thread, and post your comment.

I've now got about 90 Ebony fret boards in Cairns, with another box including some Ebony bridge plates and head plates in the post. The stock is showing up slowly, but is getting here.

As many of you are also going to be getting truss rods, and the East Indian Rosewood is still to be shipped, I'll try and get both orders in stock so I can send all together and perhaps save a little bit on your postage cost.

If you are desperate for something though and I've got it here, just let me know and I'll post it off ASAP.

I've been told that some of the East Indian Rosewood is going into the post today. When it arrives I'll be filling orders as I can. Several of the orders that were just for Ebony have already been filled.

If you've ordered fret boards and truss rods, I'll be doing my best to send them together. Perhaps saving you a bit on postage.

Sorry Guys. I put this together as a group buy, and everyone that was interested at the time, put in their order. What we are getting shipped is all spoken for. The ordering process was closed a very long time ago now. Bob Cefalu had some dramas with the Indian supplier, and we've had some setbacks with the shipping, as it can only be done in parcels small enough to get through the post. It's amazing how big of an order this has turned out to be, and how much the postage has ended up costing Bob to get it to us.

I can only suggest that you contact Bob directly about getting any stock that you'd like to put away for a rainy day.

As interest to everyone else. Another box has been shipped and on its way.

Firstly, welcome to the forum Ricardo.

This group buy has been closed to new orders since before Christmas. I know it's a long read through the posts, but we've had some set backs with the supplier in India. We are now in the process of filling orders as they come in from Bob Cefalu in the USA.

I'd suggest that you contact Bob directly at RCTonewoods, and see what sort of deal he can do for you.
