Re: New Luthier Tips du Jour video - Wife's permission
What the??????? My workshop is designed to be the only place where I don't need my wife's permission. She's banned from entering same after she popped in one time and started eying up my block plane collection with an evil glint in her eyes.

Haha this did make me laugh, Robbie.
Some tips for this really quite serious topic tho…. the following lines may prove useful:
1. It’s often cheaper in the long run to buy a better quality product…
2. Safety is important. This tool is really much safer and id like to keep all my fingers.
3. It’s very important that we don’t get fine dust through the house.
4. This tool is half the price of a brand new one.
5. I got a healthy tax return this year. I’m trying to decide between a new car or this machinery for the workshop.
And if all else fails, it may be easier to ask for forgiveness than permission!
