Their Facebook page says FB page is unattended but people can email via orders@finetools.com.au

The email address above is different from the one on their website...this may be the problem.

Hi Trevor.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I did a bit of sleuthing on the internet, because for no reason, I got interested!

It seems that Fine Tools Australia is associated with the company Artesan Pty Ltd (which has a web presence as http://www.artesan.com.au); a so-called "family business".

Narex (the Czech manufacturers of chisels) gives the following information on their website, concerning one of their two Australian distributors (the other being Timbecon):

The person with whom you probably wish to speak (and you probably already know this) is Jason Daniel.

(And as a - dubious? - aside, I appear to have been Fine Tools first ever customer - so they told me - having purchased a plane and couple of chisels from them before they'd even launched their website, in March 2013!)
