Something we've been working on. Not 100% ready yet, but you get the idea.
Things left to do, in the short term:
Few more body shapes
60-70 timber samples
Fix the sharing capability
Work on the user interface to make it a little nicer
Add in help buttons to guide users
... and many more
Eventually, users will be able to create accounts (i think thats already working), save profiles, share, and upload to a gallery. Galleries will then upload to the website, for people to browse and vote on (so we can see trends). Pricing will be added (for both handmade and production models) to give users an idea of $$$, plus hopefully alerts when a guitar stops being a production model, and starts being a unique handmade only option. And we will accumulate data on what is popular with users, by way of a data base of every item selected (in addition to the gallery voting data).
We already survey our client base for our production guitars, so we have a good idea of current trends, but these votes are based on our thoughts and feelings on the market at any one time. This app now gives the user full control to shape our model lineup!
When the social media sharing buttons are added, BOOM, one click and it will post your designs for your friends to see, and have a play around with themselves.
I believe this is the first ever 3D guitar designer available to anyone online without having to learn complex software. It is fully online, with no software or plugins required (a feat in itself apparently!). However, it does prefer hardware less than 2-3 years old. We have been testing it on much older machines though.
Works on PC, tablet and mobile, with a fully functional stand alone mobile app coming soon.
Enjoy!

Thanks guys. Could have bought a nice car for what his is costing, but I think it will bring much more beneficial returns and following than another speeding fine

Re: Guitar designer app
I picture it as more of a modern version of Warmoth Guitars, so has huge potential
