I've heard Smallman uses CF fingerboards, anyone here have experience with these? Any convenient place to get fingerboards in these approx dimensions?

Hi Michael and welcome to the forum.

David Schramm is a member here and drops in reasonably infrequently (probably because he builds classicals)

His website is here here

He has been experimenting with a lot of the techniques that Smallman has used and I believe that he was using CF for fingerboards.

Drop him a line and see if you can lure him into the forum again. He's a great bloke with lots of interesting ideas.

Regards
Bob, Geelong

I second that.

Nice to hear in church but not in a Mexican prison.
