Not sure if it's national or just Vic, but aldi have a bunch of tools useful for woodwork on special that might be of interest to newbies low on the tool front. I picked up set of files and wood rasps & a set of hobby knives... Frank

National ... but after getting my first Liogier rasp, I threw out all my others and swore never to touch an "ordinary" rasp again!
