The obvious thing is to add 1 1/2" and some extra width to the headstock for the added tuners but what about the neck width?
Do you have to change anything else to cope with the extra tension from the 2 added strings?

You can work out neck width by simply adding 2 x intra -string spacing to existing width measurement. I generally do a full size drawing of my builds with string positions marked.
