There is a tutorial here That Allen kindly put together
Ricardo but I did notice that when I first joined, the "upload image" button was greyed out so I just posted my pics on image shack and linked to them in my posts. After I had racked up a few posts (might be 50? can't remember)the button became available to me. You have to have them saved to your hard drive though so you can browse to them.

You could try the image shack (or some other free photo hosting site) option if it doesn't give you all the options as you say. I bet the "upload images" button magically appears after a while

We have to enable uploading pictures individually to each new member in the forum software. Sometimes its not user error at all, and we were just a little slack in getting to giving you the correct permissions.

It is preferable if you manage to reduce the file size of your images prior to attempting to upload. Less bandwidth used on the server, and you will get a better result.

I see that you've managed to upload one now, so I guess you've got it sorted out.

Yeah, I know what it says and it lies. At least it has every time I've tried to upload a picture. I've always had to resize them myself. There are several free packages out there that will allow you to pick from several default sizes. I use VSO because the laptop is Vista. It's the only one I could find that worked for me.

If only Martin. I had the same problem on the tower which had XP.

Yeah, I know Apple has a much better product but my wallet couldn't bear two Macs and make guitars as well. I choose zoot.

You don't look back because they come with "Backless Chaps" on special at the Mac dealer in Cairns.
