Bloody brilliant Jim. I tried to do this with the miter slot in my table, but the results were less than satisfactory. Yours is a much better solution. Great to see what you can accomplish when the wet sets in.

I've downloaded the video with "DownloadHelper", a free Firefox add-on. Then I converted it to an MP4 file with QuickMediaConverter, also a free bit of software (recommended by lifehacker.com) for changing file formats.

Now I can appreciate your genius at my leisure! Geez, I may even have to make one...:wink:

That is a great piece of kit :D

Is there any chance you could detail how you built the jig or point me in the direction of where to find details of how to build it?
