Food for thought Pat...Bill Pentz.com , some say fanatical but, how much is your life worth?? I'm setting up my extraction system with a 4hp motor & 150mm spiral metal ducting with fittings. Bill site is a lot too wade thru, but a great guide line. I applaud your Extraction ideals Cal, great job!!! ...

Tossing up between 150mm/6" and 200mm/8"... I suspect 150mm would do 99% of what I'd need it to do but there's always that temptation to go bigger for a little bit more. On the money Richard!
