On one of the Taylor factory tour videos they use a perspex jig to locate the braces for their vacuum jigs during glue up so I guess that you could use the same jig for notching

Give the board a good dose of lemon oil before starting as a dry board chips a lot more.

Aus post will not normally accept it if it is over 1m long, but once the person takes it they will ship it.

It only does the levelling, you still have to take the time to dress the frets by hand.
And it does not matter how level the frets are, it is still the talent of the repairer that decides the result with their setup.
Neck jig and a good flat leveller gives a job just as good without the $100k outlay
