Thanks all Yes i guess the main thing is to not have it dry out significantly from when it was put together to avoid cracking. Ukuleles being narrower shouldn't be affected as much as a guitar. Using Plastic Tub for humidity control
Hi to everyone on the forum, its my first post back in a while. Ive fired up the tools after about 10 years to start making a couple of Ukes. I'm prepping the parts required, back and sides, top, linings, neck blocks, tail blocks, neck blanks, fretboards etc. I don't have any way to control humidity...

Hi All I have a Stanley 151 spokeshave. The edge/bevel needs bit bit more work. but it cuts nicely and doesn't dig in. Has anyone used one of these or similar to carve guitar necks?
