Hi Guys I have a friend here in Melbourne that has a Larrivee dreadnought that is need of a neck reset. Being a bolt on guy from day 1 this is not the guitar that I will use as a dovetail learning curve! I've had a Performax 16-32 for around 17 years, given it hell and it's never missed a beat, Never had to touch the tracking.

Ouch!

I've had that happen with nut inserts just a few too many times. I now use a mortise chisel and put put a square brass block up through the heal per Trevor Gore, never happened since.

I'm looking to convert to Mirothane PU finish but 4 Litre minimum per item (sealer, top coat, hardener and thinner) with a 12 month shelf life makes it a bit uneconomical for my small output.
