Don't know about this stuff but a mate used it on spalted knife handles, it soaks in as it's quite thin then he finished with epoxy.

Making me nervy used it solely on my last 2 ukes

I've had the same problem on one repair, I used a wire brush attachment on my Dremel and then used a slow setting epoxy glue for the repair and it's still hanging on 2 years down the line

I had a repair where I needed to adjust the truss rod past max if that makes sense I clamped the neck into the position I wanted it then tightened the truss rod and it held fine you may be able to do this if the nut isn't bottoming out on the thread.

The books are like that too!

I no my compressor isn't all that powerful bit it'd run both the first three guns ok or it has enough cfm for those ones, and I didn't know with the last gun if I could just wait for the compressor tank to fill instead of continual spraying.
