Hi Dave, I used a brand called ISF aquabuild sp, I got 5litres of sanding sealer and 5litres of 90% sheen for £68.00 which is really cheap compared to some brands...

Thanks Steve, the finish is water based lacquer and hand polished with micromesh and final polished with autoglym car polish...

That's a wee beauty, I love terz guitars, in fact I'm a sucker for all small bodied guitars LOL, I cant believe that is a paint grade top it looks great...

I forgot to add that this guitar was made to experiment with a new bracing pattern, its made up with all the scrap wood I had lying around, nothing matched at all bubinga back strip and end graft, zebrano rosette, old mahogany bindings from an old chest of drawers found at the local tip, about £65.0...

I have used many types of finish but my firm favourite has to be tru-oil, a lovely natural looking finish and pretty damn tough too...

Lovely, perfect amount of bling for my liking...
